Terms & Conditions

 

Welcome to Sunago Education, your virtual English school!


On this page you will find the terms & conditions that apply to all students registered for our programmes.

1. Validity of Lesson Credits

​

  • Your lesson credits are valid for a specified period from the date of your first lesson:

    • 12 Lessons Package - Valid for 12 weeks

    • 18 Lessons Package - Valid for 18 weeks

    • 24 Lessons Package - Valid for 24 weeks

​

  • Any unused credits at the end of the validity period will be deemed expired and forfeited.

​

2. Lesson Cancellations

​

  • All cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.

​

  • Students must login to SunagoLearn to cancel their lesson in the scheduling system. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or are absent without notice, you will lose your lesson credit. 

​

  • For group lessons where Sunago assists with bookings, cancellation notice must be sent to our Customer Support WhatsApp Line at least 24 hours before the lesson.

 

  • If a teacher cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, the teacher is obliged to give a replacement lesson according to your available time. 

 
3. Scheduling

​

  • Students are responsible to book, manage, and check their scheduled lessons on SunagoLearn. Students can book and cancel lessons up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time on SunagoLearn. 

​

  • Sunago is not responsible for any wrong booking times or dates. 

​

  • For corporate training packages and group classes, Sunago will assist in the class scheduling provided that notice is given 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

 

4. Assigned Teachers

​

  • Sunago will match students with the most suitable teacher.

​

  • You will have lessons with the same teacher based on the availability of both you and the teacher.

​

  • Sunago reserves the right to substitute teachers when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, scheduling conflicts, teacher unavailability, or if it's determined that a different teacher would better serve the student's learning needs. In such cases, Sunago will assign an equally qualified teacher to ensure continuity of instruction and quality of learning.

 

5. Digital Learning Materials

​

  • By registering for our programme, you will receive access to digital learning materials including lesson notes, online practices, and/or digital textbooks. You agree that these are materials assigned to you for your own personal use and you shall not make copies, distribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes. 

 

6. Certificates

​

  • Sunago’s Certificate of Completion is awarded in selected programmes. Only students that have a minimum attendance rate of 75% are entitled to this certificate.

 

7. Refund policy

​

  • A student may withdraw from the programme after the first lesson and before the second lesson, a refund will be provided subject to any administrative fees imposed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the email confirmation.

​

8. Account Validity and Access Period

​

  • Your SunagoLearn student account will remain active and accessible for a period of six (6) months from the date of your first scheduled lesson. This period is referred to as the "Access Period."

​

  • In the event that the student's first scheduled lesson is not conducted or the placement test is not completed within a reasonable timeframe from the date of payment, the six (6) month Access Period will commence on the date of payment. 

​

  • Upon expiration of the Access Period, your access to course materials, live sessions, recordings, and other SunagoLearn platform features will be automatically suspended.

​

  • If you wish to continue accessing the platform and its features after the Access Period, you may reactivate your account by registering for a programme again.
